Duties and responsibilities:

  • Checking and recording patients’ vitals before, during and after dialysis treatment
  • Ensuring that haemodialysis and treatments are administered to patient correctly
  • Monitoring patients during dialysis treatment to identify any adverse reactions
  • Preparing and updating nursing care plans
  • Promptly notifying the appropriate medical practitioner of any problems that occur during dialysis treatment
  • Working with the Dialysis Aides to ensure that dialysis machines and equipment are set up correctly
  • Educating patients on dialysis treatment options, kidney disease management as well as suitable nutrition and exercise regimens

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Nursing or equivalent
  • Post Basic Renal or other certificates relevant to specialty/discipline
  • Registered with Malaysian Nursing Board
  • Valid Annual Practising Certificate
  • At least 5 year(s) of Nursing experience
  • Pleasant personality, positive attitude, flexible, fast learner & able to work independently
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, and any other languages are an added advantage
  • A self-motivated team player, discipline, able to work independently under pressure and tight schedule
  • Good sense of responsibility
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and observation skills

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuring computer software and systems
  • Monitoring and maintaining hospital applications, finance applications and third party applications in UMSC
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and request
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Testing new technology
  • Possibly training junior staff members
  • Assisting IT Manager in managing new system implementation and system upgrade
  • Ensuring applications is up and running smoothly 24 x 7

Requirements:

  • Degree in Sc. Computer, Information Technology, Computer Software or any relevant degree
  • 3 years experiences in Healthcare Industries, Application Support, Software or in  any related field
  • Good knowledge and skill in SQL, Oracle and Open Source Language, Linux, Windows Server
  • Require good data analytical skills
  • Require intermediate to advanced skills using word processing, spread sheet, database, database tools and other standard business applications
  • Require communication and presentation skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Require ability to communicate and interact across facilities and at various levels

 

Duties and responsibilities:

Front Office

  • Responsible in handling all daily payment activities (cash, credit card, Bank draft etc) for outpatient and inpatient into Hospital management system
  • Responsible in issuance of receipt, refund note and final bill and to keep track all cash, credit and insurance flow
  • Reconcile physical cash and credit sales with till listing

Billing

  • Responsible to enter accurate daily charges, attending patient related to bill, liaise with Insurance, MCO, corporate company on Guarantee letter and coverage
  • Key in daily charges liaises with Consultants on the Insurance admission and discharge form, questionnaire and etc

Registration

  • Responsible on patient registration for inpatient and outpatient
  • Responsible to check and confirm patient details with accurate information
  • Responsible to provide related information to the patient or next of kin such as doctor specialty, operation hours, appointment time
  • Responsible on patient appointment booking

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Healthcare Industry or in any related field
  • Pleasant personality, positive attitude, flexible, fast learner & able to work independently
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • A self-motivated team player, discipline, able to work independently under pressure and tight schedule
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skill

  • To perform usual and customary nursing duties and task as per Job Description
  • To maintain accurate, detailed reports and patients records
  • To monitor patient’s progress, identify any changes, acting on those changes to ensure patient is safe and comfortable at all times
  • Accountable and responsible to patient assigned
  • Understand the importance of prompt actions and on emergency and high risk situations
  • Update Sister On Call on patient’s progress and action taken
  • Maintain professionalism

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Nursing or equivalent

Staff Nurse (Locum)

Duties and responsibilities:

  • To perform usual and customary nursing duties and task as per Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:

Specialist Outpatient Clinic

  • To work in the hospital environment under a supervision of licensed nurses. Complete numerous non-medical tasks for patients, including assisting consultants in clinic rooms

Medical Surgical Ward

  • To carry out basic nursing duty / responsibilities under the direction and supervision of the Staff Nurse and Nurse Manager. Need to assist Nurse Manager in-charge and other staffs in any task required

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Healthcare Industry or in any related field.
  • Pleasant personality, positive attitude, flexible, fast learner & able to work independently
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • A self-motivated team player, discipline, able to work independently under pressure and tight schedule

Duties and responsibilities:

  • To handle all incoming call enquiring with on  services provided by the Hospital
  • To answer, screen and forward calls and messages accurately to correct recipients / departments
  • To ensure all calls are attended to as swiftly as possible and no callers are placed on hold longer than necessary
  • To respond to all callers in the most courteous manner as per good telephone etiquette set standard by the Company
  • To assist in dialling out numbers as required by internal staff / consultants and help connect calls between patients and consultants (if necessary)
  • Setting of appointments, cancelling and rescheduling as requested by caller or a consultant. Consultants request has to be worked on via portal
  • To make outbound calls to patients to cancel / reschedule appointments in situations where consultants cancel or reschedule their sessions
  • To send out SMS blasts as a reminder to all appointments 3 days in advance and to work on responses to reply to this. To replies as NO, staff to remove names from list in system of appointments
  • Working on consultants requests to either close / open or reschedule clinic sessions
  • Creating new clinic sessions for new consultants and also those requesting new schedule of  sessions – once approved by Clinical Head
  • To work on all emails via general website for multiple types of requests (requests for appointments, complaints, billing matters etc)
  • To receive incoming calls and transfer to the relevant extensions as required

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Healthcare Industry, customer service or in any related field
  • Good telephone etiquette and proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speaks other language will be an added advantage
