Job Description:

The job holder will be the resource person who ensures the smooth overall daily running of the Call Centre and CR units. In addition, he/she will determine Call centre & CR operational strategies by conducting needs assessment, performance review, identifying and evaluating State-of-the-art technologies, defining user requirements and establish quality customer-service standard.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Administration

  • To plan, organize, manage and coordinate day to day operations of the services and the department.
  • To plan, develop Call Centre systems by developing customer interaction and voice response system.
  • To develop operational policies & procedures protocols and guidelines for the departments.
  • To prepare annual budget by estimating requirements, schedule expenditures to ensure adequate equipment and staffing to minimize call waiting time.
  • To accomplish Call Centre & CR human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, coaching, counseling and disciplining.
  • To maintain and improve Call Centre & CR operations by monitoring performance, identifying and resolving problems, audit and process improvement and quality assurance programmes. Find ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services.
  • To maintain professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in Call Centre & CR management, attend educational workshops and benchmark state-of-the –art practices.

Unit Operations

  • Manage a team of call centre agents. Take calls that the agents cannot handle and be available when an agent needs assistance.
  • Monitor random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operative performances.
  • Monitor queue and track inbound calls using a checklist; ensure that calls and emails are answered by staff within agreed time scales and in an appropriate manner. Keep agents aware of inbound calls, calls waiting, abandoned rate.
  • Identify training needs and plan training sessions so that agents have good product and service knowledge, as well as customer handling skills.
  • Motivate and encourage agents through positive communication and feedback.
  • To meet regularly with the Clinic Manager and work closely with other Units to maintain smooth running of the Departments.
  • To provide statistical reports on various aspects of staff performance by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends to the Management, if necessary
  • To deal with patient or customers complaints, investigates and give feedback to Management
  • To monitor and evaluate staff’s work performance.
  • Follow up on every issue and ensure complete satisfaction and maximum utilization of the product or services sold to customer.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 3 years on managerial experience leading a team. Preferable in healthcare industry.
  • Required languages : Bahasa Malaysia and English, other languages will be an advantage.

 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Supervision of nursing staff of the wards, ensure quality and safe care to patients.
  • Management of ward – plan, organize, formulate and implement policies and procedures.
  • Monitor staff performances for compliance of patient safety goals.
  • Responsible for staff appraisal.
  • Responsible for adequate medical supplies and manage inventory.
  • Communicate and maintain good interpersonal relationship with all departments.
  • Participate in training/research
  • Willing to be on-call.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Diploma, Post Basic Certificate or Bachelor Degree of Nursing or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Must have at least six years’ experience as Staff Nurse
  • Staff nurses who have acted in senior capacity will have an added advantage
  • Excellent track record as a nurse
  • Must have good leadership and sound knowledge in nursing

Responsibilities:

  • To perform usual and customary nursing duties and task as per JD
  • To maintain accurate, detailed reports and patients records.
  • To monitor patient’s progress, identify any changes, acting on those changes to ensure patient is safe and comfortable at all times.
  • Accountable and responsible to patient assigned.
  • Understand the importance of prompt actions and on emergency and high risk situations
  • Update Sr On Call on patient’s progress and action taken
  • Maintain professionalism

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Registered with Malaysian Nursing Board
  • Valid Annual Practising Certificate
  • At least 5 year(s) of Nursing experience
  • Pleasant personality, positive attitude, flexible, fast learner & able to work independently.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin an added advantage
  • A self-motivated team player, discipline, able to work independently under pressure and tight schedule.
  • Good sense of responsibility
  • Work closely with other departments

Responsibilities:

Front Office

  • Responsible in handling all daily payment activities (cash, credit Card, Bank draft etc) for outpatient and inpatient into Hospital management system
  • Responsible in issuance of receipt, refund note and final bill and keep track all cash, credit and insurance flow.
  • Reconcile physical cash and credit sales with till listing.

Billing

  • Responsible to enter accurate daily charges, attending patient related to bill, liaise with Insurance, MCO, corporate company on Guarantee letter and coverage
  • Key in daily charges liaises with Consultants on the Insurance admission and discharge form, questionnaire and etc.

Registration

  • Responsible on patient registration for inpatient and outpatient
  • Responsible to check and confirm patient details with accurate information.
  • Responsible to provide related information to the patient or next of kin such as doctor specialty, operation hours, appointment time
  • Responsible on patient appointment booking

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Healthcare Industry or in related field.
  • Pleasant personality, positive attitude, flexible, fast learner & able to work independently.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • A self-motivated team player, discipline, able to work independently under pressure and tight schedule.
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skill.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to acknowledge and que patient to the correct clinic
  • Responsible in labeling forms accurately, handling specimen and documented accurately in the specimen book
  • Responsible to assist doctors/specialists in clinic/ward/treatment room and ensure the room is well equipped.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Healthcare Industry or in related field.
  • Pleasant personality, positive attitude, flexible, fast learner & able to work independently.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • A self-motivated team player, discipline, able to work independently under pressure and tight schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
  • Obtains help by sounding alarms.
  • Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
  • Controls traffic by directing drivers.
  • Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
  • Maintains organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
