UM Specialist Centre understands the importance of family and friends in the healing process, which is why we have established visiting hours that provide a conducive environment for patients to receive visitors while maintaining their comfort and privacy.

Caretaker Info
Caretaker Limit
To ensure a comfortable environment for everyone, each patient may be accompanied by one caretaker at a time. Exceptions can be made based on the patient’s needs, as assessed by our caring Nursing Team.
Caretaker Registration
For everyone’s safety, all caretakers are kindly requested to register at the Security Post of the respective wards. A caretaker pass will be issued and managed by our Security Personnel.
Caretaker Rules & Etiquette
- The caretaker pass is not transferable. If there’s a change in caretaker, a new registration is required.
- We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment by keeping noise levels low and respecting the privacy of all patients.
- At the end of your visit, please return the caretaker pass to our Security Personnel.
