Step 1

Select specialty
Eg: Orthopaedics

Step 2

Select your doctor
Eg: Professor Dr Azhar Mahmood Merican

Step 3

Select preferred appointment date
Eg: 24-06-2017

Step 4

Fill in your personal details
Eg: patient’s name, email, age, gender, phone number, reason of appointment.

Step 5

Submit your details
Once we receive your details of appointment, we will call you for telephonic verification and name will be registered accordingly. We request to give valid email and phone number while taking appointment.
