Terms & Conditions

  1. This package is valid until the management decides to change/modify/cancel the current package due to unforeseen reasons.
  2. Applicable to participating Consultants only.
  3. The schedule will follow the Consultant’s clinic schedule and will be listed accordingly.
  4. This package includes consultations and procedure fees, and is inclusive of one post meal only. (according to the current HSC packages)
  5. This package excludes any medications or post consultation procedure indicated by the consultants. The consultant must be able to explain details and possibly the charges to patient on the procedures outside the package. (if indicated)
  6. If the consultant wishes to refer the patient to another specialised consultant, they may do so after the post screening visit.
  7. Any other heart screening order is made outside this package will be charged as per UMSC standard outpatient charges. It will be added to the bill separately from the package.
  8. Patients are required to register as new outpatient visit if no (6) is applied. (following current registration visit policy and procedures.
  9. Not applicable to emergency cases.
  10. Patients who are already seeing the consultants on a scheduled outpatient visit are NOT entitled for the package on the same day. A new visit and appointment should be provided for the package.
  11. Applicable for self-paying patients only.
  12. Packages are not valid with any other promotions.
  13. UMSC reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions in the package without prior notice.
