  • The eligibility of this package is upon doctor’s commendation only. Patient will required to meet our Paediatric Endocrinologist to get the recommendation for the Kids Screening Package
  • Children with a BMI >95th percentile are eligible for this package (You may check the percentile score at the link below)
  • Patient need to fasting (minimum 8-hrs) before blood test
  • Follow up Package is applicable for 1st follow up session only.
  • Cannot be used with other promotions, offers and discounts.
  • Package excludes Referral fees of other Specialist that is not listed
  • Valid for cash & credit card payment only.
